CRACKED CONCH CAFE - This is a restaurant, not just a cafe. Although set right on Highway One in the center of Marathon, there's a backyard dining patio area that can't be beat for an intimate tropical experience. The grouper sandwich is to die for, as is the seared tuna with peppercorn appetizer. The best in the Keys, actually. If fish isn't for you, try the spinache-cheese dip appetizer, which is delicious and filling. Don't miss this restaurant in Marathon.
