The ancient-looking West Martello Tower is home to Joe Allen Garden Center. An ancient fort, with its crumbling brick walls and arches and its massive banyan trees and old palms, create a pleasant, restful environment for numerous tropical flora. You can see beautiful garden landscaping through their gates, even if it’s closed.
